SMALL GROUP MINISTRIES

Weekly Bible Study/Discussion Groups:

Bible Study: Monday mornings, 10:00 AM – Church Library Sunday mornings, 9:00 AM – Church Library Sunday evenings, 6:45 PM via Zoom.

Book Discussion Group: First Monday of each month, 7:00 PM – Church Library

Creative Fellowship: Tuesday mornings, 10:00 AM – Church Library Crafters bring their own projects to work on.

God’s Gardeners: Monday mornings, 8:30 AM meet on the church grounds to take care of outside plantings, and inside plants.

Breakfast Fellowship Gathering: Wednesday mornings, 8:30 AM – Maxfield’s Restaurant in Schaumburg, IL.

No Name Maintenance Crew: Every-other Thursday morning, 8:30 AM to attend to minor repairs and maintenance around the church.

Mission & Outreach Committee: Provides meals for the homeless of the Night Ministry raises our awareness of other groups in need of assistance.

Food Pantry

 Roselle UMC Community Food Pantry was opened in September of 2014. Our mission is to end hunger in Roselle, Medinah and Bloomingdale. The food pantry is open to all current residents of Roselle, Bloomingdale and Medinah with drivers license/state identification and current utility/cable bill. No exceptions. This information must be presented at each pantry visit.**There are no income requirements. Please call for an appointment. Only one person per address may register (regardless of number of family members living there).Clients may receive pantry services once a month. PADS (Public Action to Deliver Shelter) Roselle UMC PADS team has served the homeless for 30 years by providing meals and shelter in our community.

PLARN Workshops: Wednesday mornings, 10AM – Langdon Hall Make sleeping mats for the homeless.

United Methodist Women: Third Monday of each month, 1 :00PM – Church Library. UMW has planned monthly programs, plans church-wide fellowship events and supports ministries for Women and Children.
